Ingredients:
The basics:
- 32 ounces plain, 2% Greek yogurt
- 2 ½ cups mixed berries
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
Basic Option 1:
Add ¼ cup honey or organic jam (add to taste) for a super-easy blend
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients, and pour into single-serving containers

- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup raw shelled pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup flax seed meal
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt, syrup, and vanilla.
- Separately, mix seeds, nuts, and spices
- Into 5 individual containers, pour ¼ cup yogurt mixture into each glass. Top with a couple tablespoons of the nut and seed mixture.
- Add 2 tablespoons of berries.
- Then add yogurt again, repeating until all ingredients used.
