Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper
To cook
- Clean asparagus and trim bottoms (they’ll naturally break at the ideal spot, if you break them by hand)
- Toss asparagus in olive oil, and season with salt and pepper
- Lay asparagus in a row on the grill, or in a veggie basket on the grill
- Grill 5-10 minutes, or until asparagus have grill marks and are fork-tender
- Toss with garlic and parmesan cheese
- Enjoy!
