What is Trueve?

What is Trueve?

We believe that every woman deserves access to evidence-based information for
women’s health and parenting – and the peace of mind that comes with that.

At Trueve, we’re changing how we share health information, with a title that combines “source of truth”  and the French verb “trouve”, or “I find”. Find the answers you need, sourced from the best evidence (where we transparently share what we do and don’t know), splashed with a dash of common sense, and all wrapped up in an easily actionable little package.

So you can trust what you read, act upon it and get back to living.

About TrueveLab: TrueveLab is an independent research arm of Trueve, created to facilitate research in women’s health and parenting, and committed to the highest ideals of scientific integrity and excellence. One of our goals is to connect independent researchers with potential – and at times non-traditional – funding sources and media outlets to facilitate exceptional science.  TrueveLab’s landmark study, The Burnout Study in Women is the first large-scale study of women’s demands, resources and burnout in a post-COVID world, performed in collaboration with the University of Tennessee Department of Industrial Organizational Psychology.
