This dressing will CHANGE your view of salads. I have nothing else to say.
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
- 2 teaspoons creamy dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup olive oil
How to make it delicious
- Combine all ingredients except the oil. Then add oil in a slow and steady stream, whisking to emulsify.
