Getting Kiddos to Wear Masks (Part 1)

How do you select the right kind of mask – so that your child will actually KEEP IT ON during school? Is this impossible?!?? We moms have a MILLION questions right now about schools: when they’re starting in person, IF they’re starting in person. But one thing of which we can be pretty sure – our kiddos will at some point need to wear masks.

In this part 1 of my 2-part series on making masks WORK for your kiddos, I walk you through how to choose a mask for your child, keep it on them, and store it – and make sure you have enough in time. Make sure to check out Part 2 (coming soon) about the step-by-step way to help your child become comfortable wearing a mask.

Oh – and for a list of potential places to buy, It don’t have any relationship with any of the following, but these are just a few places that I’ve seen for masks: Vistaprint (I’ve ordered here but not gotten it yet), Amazon, Etsy, shopDisney, Rothy’s, Old Navy, VIDA & Co. (I’ve ordered here but not gotten it yet), Marcellamoda (I’ve ordered here but not gotten it yet), and Lele Sadoughi (my daughter’s pink/white and yellow/white mask shown in the video is from here)
